Step 1: Open Your Email Application

Open:

• Outlook
• Thunderbird
• Apple Mail
• Gmail App
• iPhone Mail
• Android Mail

Then click:

Add Account or Mail Settings

Step 2: Choose Manual Setup

Select:

• IMAP Account
• Manual Configuration

Step 3: Enter Incoming Mail (IMAP) Settings

1. Enter mail.twc.com in the IMAP server field.

2. Type 993 in the port number section.

3. Select SSL as the security type.

4. Enter your full Roadrunner email address as the username.

5. Type your Roadrunner email password in the password field.

Step 4: Enter Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Settings

1. Enter mail.twc.com in the SMTP server field.

2. Type 587 as the SMTP port number.

3. Select TLS for security or encryption.

4. Enable the option called “Outgoing server requires authentication.”

5. Enter your full Roadrunner email address as the username.

6. Type your Roadrunner email password in the password field.

Step 5: Enable SMTP Authentication

Make sure:

• Outgoing server requires authentication is checked
• Use same login details as incoming server

Step 6: Save and Test

Click:

• Save
• Next
• Done

Your email app will test the settings automatically.
